Venus en famille pour participer à une Fête aux environs de Lumbres, nous avons été charmés par cette grande maison très claire et tellement bien décorée avec de nombreuses petits objets et suspensions qui font que l'on se sent très vite comme à la maison. Bravo Mathieu et merci aussi pour les attentions qui nous attendaient dans le réfrigérateur. La maison est pratique avec les 2 salles de bains et les pièces de vie sont spacieuses. Tout est là pour pouvoir passer plusieurs jours avec les commodités proches à Lumbres. La campagne est belle. Nous avons adoré tous ces espaces extérieurs différents selon leur utilité à l'instant, le petit salon couvert en hauteur est un endroit intimiste apprécié. Nous étions 6 et notre choix a convenu a tout le monde. Nous recommandons vivement la Maison de Mathieu.

Very comfortable and well equipped house with a cosy atmosphere. For us the location was perfect (close to Golf and bakery).
I can imagine that the cement factory close-by can be a nuisance in Summer. Shower in bad (2nd bathroom) not my favourite but functional.

The old features and how big the property was.
My sons said they found the beds uncomfortable but I didn’t have any problems. It was lovely.

A fantastic property. Very well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Great outside space and only 30 minutes from the ferry in Calais (even closer for the tunnel). We only stopped for a night on the way home but it would have also been great for a longer stay. Parking was also very easy right outside. I would definitely recommend.
It was fine for us but the stairs are quite steep which may be an issue for some. But I can't fault the property in any way.
