Il manquait de produits de nettoyage basique (éponge, liquide vaisselle, lavette et tablettes lave-vaisselle) et je ne savais pas qu’on devait les apporter nous-mêmes.

It was a handy location for leshuttle. Next to a nice Sandy beach. We left early so didn’t have breakfast.

Location and type of accommodation, kitchen ensuits etc. swimming pool and sauna were a great bonus.

Some staff were rude, although attractive..! NGO’s were clearly paying for familys to stay before they travel to the uk via dingy. My daughter wanted to play with other children but a particular child gave us too much information with regards to catching a boat to the uk, some people can fall off he said etc he also threatened to kill me if we didn’t give him an ice cream so we quickly separated ourselves from him. We wont be booking again as we paid rather a large sum to have a great family holiday and unfortunately we didn’t receive that. I was subject to potential racism in the steam room, as a male I entered and a woman of a different religious background left immediately with a disgusted tone and I’m not even religious just a white middle aged male..! The property we stayed in upon entry was smelly, cigarette smoke, the showers were a little grubby and the beds separated, my mattress was almost half off in the morning as they were all single beds pushed together. Finally, 1 toilet roll, their was 3 of us and 1 toilet roll. We bought some so we didnt need to emabarras ourselves asking staff in reception.
