About this apartment rental
A gorgeous little studio apartment!
A cozy little nest with modern decor right in the heart of Marseille, in a prime location!
Metro, trams, Saint-Charles train station, and parking nearby
Plenty of places to relax on a terrace and an abundance of amenities!
Once you’re here, you can leave your car behind and explore the whole city without a care! :)
The apartment
You’ll feel right at home in this little studio :)
Fully equipped with excellent ventilation!
Granted, the apartment is small—11 m²—and the window overlooks a large skylight. To make up for this slight lack of natural light, I’ve installed warm, bright lighting that you can adjust to your liking with several lamps in addition to the main light.
That said, this is more than made up for by the great amenities I offer :)
Located in a magnificent, secure building typical of Marseille, surrounded by amenities and, most importantly, all the public transportation you need to explore the city hassle-free! :)

WOULD YOU LIKE TO ENJOY YOUR STAY EVEN MORE??? :=)
-Due to high demand for daytime rentals and the significant logistical coordination required across all my apartments—especially for guests with early check-ins or late check-outs—there are additional charges because, obviously, the apartment is in use :).
I usually offer two solutions for this.
-The first is a daytime hourly rate of 5€/hour outside of standard hours.
(i.e., between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., depending on other requests from previous or upcoming guests)
-The second option is a secure luggage storage service provided by me; your luggage will be stored in the apartment once your outing is over. You don’t have to worry about a thing :)
€5 for each suitcase or bag of any kind.
For an indefinite period :)
I’m, of course, very flexible and open to your needs.
Additional services can be arranged upon request with appropriate decorations (birthdays, surprises of any kind, Easter, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
Requests for additional supplies or food items can also be made (e.g., a bottle of champagne or wine).
Prices are based on your budget.
Additionally, a €10 surcharge will apply for setting up a portable crib. This involves extra handling, time, and costs.

Additional fees may be charged in the event of theft, damage, violations of the house rules, time spent due to failure to adhere to the check-out time specified at the time of your reservation (30 minutes), or excessive cleaning
(e.g., a large pile of dishes to wash and more than an hour of cleanup time).
As you can see, cleaning fees are minimal or even nonexistent depending on the apartment, for your convenience. Please do your best to follow all these guidelines.
Of course, despite all this, I am honest and fair in every way.

Ideal for those looking for a place to sleep overnight for their short stay in Marseille. The walk to the Vieux Port area is very safe and pleasant. Also within an easy walking distance to the grand station.
We also appreciated the host for providing us with all the details about check-in with visual aids, which was very helpful :). Thank you!

They have done a lot with the space! It worked out well as I needed a little place to stay before joining friends.
I think it would be too small to share, even with a partner, for me.

The room was clean and I expected it to be small. The location was convenient and the price was low. There were shops and restaurants nearby.But I have to rant a bit.I didn't expect that the window you see in the photo is at ground level of some kind of a crumbling courtyard and there is no window covering.I didn't expect the fold out bed to have so many broken slats.Checkin instructions were only offered in WhatsApp because the host thinks the VRBO system is glitchy, and consisted of images with embedded French text which was a real pain to translate. Even with the instructions it was hard to find the place because the address doesn't exactly match.If you arrive from the nearest Metro station the neighborhood looks pretty good. If you let google maps take you through the back streets you will see things you don't want to see - street users passing needles and stumbling into traffic.So make an informed decision.
