Upon opening the front door at 'Casa al Amanecer' which translates to House on Sunrise, you'll be captivated by the views pouring into the house from the backyard. The large picture framed windows showcase the beauty that you're here for!!
The Sunshine easily flows into the house as the pool glistens in the sun beaconing to be jumped in. Just drop those bags and head outside to your private mini-resort paradise and take it all in – you're on vacation in sunny Palm Springs!
This dreamy backyard has incredible mountain views and plenty of space for all to spread out. The large grass area is perfect for those brining their four-legged family members along with them, as well as those looking to play yard games.
The backyard is the ideal area for entertaining and relaxing your day away. When it's time to prepare a meal, you'll find that there's a large built-in natural gas barbeque with sitting for four. On cooler nights there's even a propane patio heater to help keep you warm.
When you're not spending your time poolside, you'll find a relaxing living room with a cozy fireplace to kick those feet up and watch a little television or read a book from the provided selection that this amazing property offers.
The dining/breakfast area is located just off the living room, and it's adjacent to the updated kitchen, and then into the Rec Room, which offers a second area for watching tv or challenging someone to a friendly game tabletop soccer (foosball).
This vacation rental really comes alive at dusk, as the landscaping lights showcase the desert scenery, you're sure to find your happy place relaxing in the hot tub after an adventurous day of exploring the Coachella Valley.
Inside you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms, with the Primary bedroom showcasing double doors that open straight up to the backyard, making it the most perfect retreat to wake up to and enjoy a morning dip before breakfast.
The two guest bedrooms have Queen size beds, ceiling fans, and closet space. They share the hallway bathroom that features a tiled step-in shower.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:
This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

The entire property was exactly as advertised (if not better!) but the absolute highlight was the large, private backyard and luxurious pool/spa. The hosts were very friendly and communicative, and even dropped off cookies for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again. Note: while it did not bother our group, the property is located on a busy street so there is some minor traffic noise. However, the hosts provided noise cancelling machines in the bedrooms. The noise was minimal so we did not use them, but appreciated the option.

We found the facility very clean and the property manager very responsive. It's a beautiful home with some mountain view, adjacent to excellent jogging and biking paths, and near grocery stores. Because it's on a busy street, it was not ideal for us as the traffic noise happens to bother me at night. We were not there alot during the day, but the pool and spa at night were a blast.
