People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

My 3 friends and I have been having a yearly get away in Palm Springs for the last 7 years. This house was by far the best rental. It provided ample shade for those of us who need it as well as tons of sun for those who want to tan. The electric retractable awning was a game changer for both outdoor use as well as cooling off the house. We cooked almost all our meals at the home and it was very well supplied even down to a rolling pin. The listing said 2 queens and 1 king. But it was actually 2 kings and 1 queen (bonus for us). Any issues we had were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this home.

Our stay was Jan 6 - Mar 20. Vacasa was our Host. Check in went fine over texts and email. Some things were not properly cleaned. Cushions for patio chairs stained, noticeably dirty chair bases. Lots of spots on the living room carpet we cleaned up. The white couch and cushion stained and smelly. All throw pillows were stained, we ended up putting them in a closet. We had 9 days of pool heat problems; pool heater replacement, then 5 days later pool heater ignition was shot! Sad, as our children and grandchildren were here the 5 days the pool had no heat! Several other texts and calls to Vacasa Management went unanswered. They seemed very disconnected.
