Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was absolutely perfect. It had three master suites and a beautiful fence yard for the dog. The kitchen had everything you need and the linens were lovely. I would recommend this house to three couples who wanted to experience Palm Springs it’s right near an old golf course that’s no longer used so I could walk down there and go birding each morning. It was a treat. I just wish they would hook the pool up to solar and allow everyone to use it without paying 100 a day. Then the place would be perfect.

This home is a neat casual spacious house, with clean fresh linen. The backyard and pool is very welcoming. The front yard is a private beautiful calm setting. The bathrooms look like freshly remodeled. The manager was very helpful. Fully stocked kitchen and toiletries. We had a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately we had dirty sheets on the master bed (black scuff-like marks, hairs, very pilly!! so we washed new sheets and remade the bed. I escalated my disappointment and asked for the cleaning fee to be waived but that request was denied. The second shower was tiny with a cheap and hard to use shower head and a burned out light bulb that took two days and multiple messages to get replaced. We were there from Wed to Tues and the pool was never cleaned out like it was supposed to be. I guess overall I would say cleanliness and upkeep are where this property fails. The space inside and outside were great though. Just disappointed about cleanliness and response of manager.
