Valley View is a cosy two-bedroom cottage with magnificent views overlooking Otter Valley. Enjoy long relaxing summer days here and soak up the Devon sunshine.. 1 step to entrance.

Living/dining room: Freeview TV, Patio Doors Leading To Garden
Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Oil underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed decking with garden furniture. Garden (shared). Carp fishing on-site (shared with other properties on-site). 2 unallocated spaces in shared parking area. No smoking. Please note: There are 6 steps in the garden, and an unfenced lake in the grounds. This property has a natural water supply via spring.. Valley View is a single-storey, two-bedroom cottage located at Primrose Farm near the pretty village of Upottery in East Devon. The warm and welcoming accommodation consists of a hallway, a well-equipped kitchen, two stylish bedrooms (a twin and a double), a modern shower room and a cosy living/dining room with patio doors leading to enclosed decking and steps down to the garden. Relax on the decking and soak up the glorious Otter Valley. There is a carp lake on-site shared with the guests staying at the other properties, guests with a fishing license and barbless hooks are allowed to fish here, and there is also a seating area, perfect for enjoying a family picnic in the summer. The farm also has horses and sheep grazing in the meadows, friendly dogs and cats as well as an abundance of wildlife – watch out for deer and the large variety of birds.
Locally, there are numerous scenic footpaths to explore, and within walking distance are the nearby villages of Rawridge and Uppottery. The Otter Valley is located in the foothills of the stunning Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and it’s also within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast and beaches. Discover the rolling countryside and moorlands, with easy access across the borders of Somerset and Dorset to experience the delights all three regions have to offer. Discover Dorset’s World Heritage Jurassic coastline and Somerset’s famous bustling market towns.
Spend your afternoons at any one of the nearby beaches, where you can enjoy some sunbathing, paddling or paddle boarding! While you’re there, you might as well take advantage and visit charming Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Seaton and Sidmouth. Experience the South West like never before and escape to the countryside with a truly memorable holiday at Primrose Farm Cottages.
