This condo comes completely remodeled with an all-new kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, and painted with SW Superpaint sanitizing technology (can help rid the walls in your home of harmful bacteria, making it ideal for high-traffic areas in your home, like the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom). This can last for up to two years.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall, was pleased with our stay. The grounds were nice, we enjoyed the lazy river and the pool most days. The bartenders and staff there were great. Beach was easily accessible. The room was clean. I thought the kitchen lacked a few necessities though. No sissors. No toaster. No peeler. No tupperware. Only one dish towel. I also would probably supply some beach chairs for vacationers and maybe a cooler. Just some suggestions. We were pleased. We would stay again.

Nice, clean space. Unfortunately there was construction on the balconies why we were there. The noise could get bad, and the lazy river was nasty from the construction debris. Was pleased to have an air fryer in the kitchen. Was disappointed that there were no trash bags. But it was an overall pleasant trip and would recommend this unit.

Condo was beautiful. Resort was very nice and family friendly. We have been to Myrtle beach several times and prefer this area over the main strip for sure. I would definitely book here again.
