- House parties, loud noises and unlawful activities are prohibited, violation of this will result in eviction.

Great property, just as described in listing. The beach was wide open, as the resort is in a less crowded area on the shore. My kids loved the waterpark. Easy to get to all Myrtle Beach attractions.
