It was nice and clean. The staff was so kind and helpful when I called with questions.

There wasn’t a elevator on my side.

Across street from the beach and the unit was clean e comfortable.

The elevator was very slow.

The location.

The furniture was downgraded from the last time we were there. The unit needs upgrades. The furniture shown in the pictures is not the same as what is actually in the unit, as shown in the posted pictures The beds were not comfortable, lumpy and worn mattresses. Cob webs in the ceilings and broken lamp fixtures. Definitely not what we were expecting!!! While we were there for 9 days because it was non-refundable!! We were supposed to be notified of the vent cleaning and we were not. We were notified when they arrived by a person that stated they were a part of the homeowners association. There were 5 people that wanted to come into the unit. I had to call the office and the person that answered wasn't aware. It was a very alarming chain of events. Why did it take that many people to clean the dryer vents. Two just stood around chatting in the kitchen as shown in the picture posted. You got me this year but next year there will be no money coming from my pockets for this property. Work on your upgrades is my best advice!
