Welcome to Ocean Cottage 118, your ideal oceanfront getaway on Jekyll Island! Situated in the second oceanfront building south of the Clubhouse and Pool, this charming 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome offers a spacious two-story layout perfect for relaxation.
Key Features:
- Open Floor Plan: The first floor features a bright and airy living area with a large flat-screen TV, a cozy gas log fireplace, and two electric recliners.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm with Whirlpool appliances, including a gas range and a Keurig coffee maker. A stack laundry unit is also conveniently located on this level.
- Master Suite: Enjoy the privacy of the master suite with a king-sized bed, which opens directly to the screened lower porch.
- Second Floor Retreat: Two additional bedrooms (each with queen beds and private baths) are located upstairs, both opening to a spacious screened balcony overlooking the stunning Atlantic Ocean.
- Entertainment & Amenities: Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. Relax on the upper balcony or lower porch, and fire up the gas grill on the patio for outdoor gatherings. Small TV room for extra entertainment.

Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.

We had a nice relaxing time! Stayed three nights. Explored the island and enjoyed the sunrises from the balcony. The chairlift was an added bonus for my mother who would not have been able to manuever the stairs to the second floor without. It was a warm June but the fans on the decks helped keep us comfortable and the screened in porch meant we were bug free all evening. The first floor bedroom and bath were perfectly equipped for my mother's mobility level as well. We were just a short walk to the pool and the beach dock. Perfect location. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and spent lots of time together on the balcony staring at the ocean. The area is quiet and Jekyll Island is beautiful! We hope to come back soon.
