About this house rental
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage is perfect for your next vacation. This home is dressed with ocean views from all rooms. This professionally decorated cottage boasts 2 master suites, one on each floor, and a second-floor guest room. The first floor is home to an open kitchen, which flows into the spacious dining and main living area. The kitchen has stainless steel Whirlpool
appliances and a Keurig Coffee Machine. Off the main living area is a screened-in porch, perfect for every season, with outside dining, raised Adirondack seating, and a double lounge.
Finishing off the first floor is the master suite (KING), full-size stackable laundry, and the half bath.
The second floor houses one of the two master suites (KING) and the guest room (QUEEN), each with a private bath and access to the upper balcony. The outside patio has oceanfront seating with a gas grill. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's
million-dollar amenities, which include a Clubhouse, a zero-entry pool and fitness, a beach deck, beach access, and a community firepit.
2 Parking Spaces - No trailers of any kind allowed.
Winter Monthly Rates are available upon request.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.

The view was beautiful!!! Loved all of the balconies!! Pool area was awesome!!! Plenty of seating for our family. Sofa was very comfortable but stained and needs a good cleaning. The recliners were comfy too but the handle was broken on one of them. Bathrooms were awesome. Big showers. The porch and patio chairs are very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

WE love the location of the property. Overall it was fine but some items showing their wear and need attention (stains on furniture both inside and out, could use a deep clean)
