About this house rental
This family-friendly 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Cottage is sure to be the perfect getaway for beachgoers of all ages! Oceanfront and just steps away from our million-dollar clubhouse, amenities center, and beach access point. Guests of all ages will be in love! You enter this home through the kitchen which is equipped with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, a Keurig coffee machine as well as an auto drip coffee maker, and an awesome ocean view. From the kitchen, you will find a bar top, with seating for 3, and a large dining table, with seating for 6. The living area boasts an abundance of seating and a mounted TV, perfect for a movie night in! The first floor is home to one of two screened-in porches and an outdoor dining area. The Master Bedroom and ensuite private bathroom are nestled off of the lower screened-in porch. Finishing off the first floor is a half bath and closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Guest room #1 has a queen-sized bed and is perfect for older guests who want to relax in peace and quiet. Guest room #2 has a triple bunk bed, and additional trundle, and is perfect for younger guests. Each guest room has access to the upper screened-in porch, where you will find a twin daybed swing perfect for taking naps! This Cottage includes a pack-n-play and 2 high chairs. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community fire pit Turtles Nest I is an end unit located adjacent to Turtles Nest II, also an end unit (see Ocean Cottage 119). If you are looking for a multi-family or extended family vacation, these units are a great option to keep your group together.

Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.

Beautiful cottage. It was absolutely perfect for us! From the screened in porches with great views, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and overall living space. This cottage offered everything that we could have needed/wanted for a great family weekend. We’ve stayed in many places. We were very pleased with everything, right down to the hooks for hanging our bath towels!

Host was very responsive and we loved the Jekyll Island area. Property was comfortable. And was well furnished with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.

This was our first time staying on JI for probably 30 years. We reserved the cottage online through the PK website. While technically on the beach, the access to the beach was very limited and not necessarily near the cottage. And unfortunately, the view of the ocean from the first floor was also limited because of the height of the shrubbery in front of the cottage. For us who thought that we were renting a place on the ocean, on the beach, these issues were disappointing. The cottage stuff, furniture and rugs, were fairly stained. Pollen was quite heavy on the porches. And finally, the pool was being worked on (lots of cutting of stone or brick) during the latter part of the week, which was loud and caused lots of clouds of dust to flow down to the cottage.
