PARKING
Sunriver does not allow for parking on the street or off pavement which includes the street in front of the house. Park only in the driveway. We would hate to see any of our guests get towed or fined by the Sunriver Police. Room for 2-3 cars in the driveway. Depending on the car dimension can park one car in garage only.

WILDLIFE
We kindly remind you to ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed during your stay in Sunriver. While the natural surroundings are a haven for diverse wildlife, it is important to take precautions to prevent any unexpected encounters inside the house, including potential visits from mice, bats, and our native carpenter ant friends! Central Oregon is also home to multiple species of ants and spiders, some of which may find their way indoors if entry points are left open. As your hosts, we take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space and do our best to manage and control insects through regular cleaning and pest control services. That said, given the expansive wilderness setting of Sunriver, occasional indoor visits from local critters/insects can still occur despite best efforts.

SHARC pass
We offer SHARC passes for our guest use only, These are non-transferable. Please return them to their original location at check out. $100/pass will be charged to the guest for any Lost/missing/damaged pass.

BIKES
As a guest of our establishment, you'll have the opportunity to take advantage of our complimentary adult cruiser bikes with helmets, perfect for exploring the 40 miles of Sunriver paved pathways. While we aim to keep our bikes in top condition, please be aware that from time to time, some bikes may require maintenance and we cannot guarantee their availability. However, we do everything in our power to ensure that they are well-maintained and available for your use.

It's important to note that when you use our bikes, you are responsible for your safety and well-being. We encourage all guests to ride with care and use appropriate safety measures such as wearing a helmet. It is also important to follow the rules of the road and to be mindful of other path users. We encourage guests to bring their own bikes locks if they are planning to leave the bikes unattended.

For guests looking for more adventurous biking options, the Sunriver Village offers many bike rental shops with great mountain biking options. This may be a good alternative for guests looking to explore off-road areas.

As required by state law, anyone under the age of 16 must wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. We strongly encourage all riders, regardless of age, to wear a helmet for their safety.

INTERNET
House is equipped with HIGH speed internet WIFI coverage throughout the house. Speeds may vary depending on broadband usage, devices, location, and etc.

SERVICE PROVIDERS
During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance of the home (gardener, hot tub cleaning crew, etc.). Please allow them onto the property to do their jobs. For stays longer than 5 days, the hot tub crew may check mid stay to ensure the chemicals are balanced.

Longer stays
For stays longer than 15 days we charge additional light cleaning every 10 days (bathrooms, kitchen and bedroom vacuum/mop and switch out linens on the beds). Light cleaning fee of $150 will billed to you in advance through the platform.

Security Deposit: We require a refundable security deposit of $300 for all stays at Kinglet’s Nest. This deposit is collected on the first day of your stay and refunded five days after checkout, provided there is no damage. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account. Any damage costs will be deducted from this deposit, and if additional charges are necessary, they will be applied in accordance with the rental agreement.
