Located in a peaceful cove, Sandy Feet Retreat is one of only a few spots with a sand beach, the perfect place to float or dip your toes in the water. There’s also a playground, two pools, and a boat slip to make it super easy to get out on the lake. Our condo is right on the water with beautiful lake views, especially from the private balcony, and the central location makes it easy to access tons of attractions by boat or car. So come relax and make memories at the lake! Boat slip is included in the price and a roll-away bed/pack and play is available if requested prior to your stay. Dually/Oversized Trucks: No dually/Oversized trucks aloud due to limited parking at the Ledges. This is an HOA rule and they do levy fines.
Trailer Storage is available in the off season ONLY. If travelling outside of 5/14 and 9/8 parking is available on the 3rd tier parking area. A permit must be displayed. They are available in the guestbook in the condo, or you can print them from the digital guidebook and fill them out before you arrive. Please be aware there is no power in the trailer parking area.

Great communication with usExactly as they listed Clean great viewLeft a shirt at the condo contacted them and they are sending it to us Only problem we had was parking our truckWe received sticker on the truck that it would be towed after moving truck received another warning they will tow the truck we moved it againFinally the security guard told us they do not allow dually trucks on shoot out weekendPer. The president of the association this is a problem because we pull a boat, they said we would have to move it off premises Many other tenants staying had the same problem with their trucksWe loved the condo and have stayed at the ledges on many other occasions yours condo worked great for us If you have any questions feel free to contact meThank you

The owner has this place set up very nicely. Documentation, instructions, etc., are all done very well. Everything you need is there. I think that maybe the people taking care of the property had a bad week or aren't doing as well as they could - only very minor things. There was only two dishwasher pods, so we had to go buy some. The dishwasher overflowed with soapy bubbles one time but worked the rest of the time. There were a very large amount of ants in the kitchen that go into our food on the counters. When we arrived, the sheets on the little bed and the right side of the master bed smelled like a kid with athletes feet, severely. The person did come and change the sheets for new ones the next morning, but it seemed like they weren't changed before we got there. They claimed they were brand new sheets, but I have a hard time believing that due to the specific spots there were smells but not smells in other places. The location was AMAZING and the boat slip was as well! The place was a good set up for a family get away. The pools and the beach were wonderful and the kids truly enjoyed it!I wanted to give this a 5 star so bad, because it was great, but there needs to be some improvement in the few small areas mentioned above. We likely will be coming back again!

Perfect location if bringing your boat. The boat slip was a huge bonus. Beds were cozy and we really enjoyed watching the sunset from balcony! Will definitely return.
