Whether you are looking for a relaxing weekend or a fun filled adventure at the Lake of the Ozarks, we have the perfect place for you. This Ledges condo is conveniently located on the 21 mile marker in the heart of Osage Beach. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that allow you to comfortably sleep 8. Enjoy the waterfront view from a spacious covered deck that includes furniture and a grill for additional seating and dining. You will have access to the two pools, a sandy beach, a playground, and a 10x30 boat slip rental (available for $30 per day - send inquiry to the host) on the protected cove side of the complex.
The updated kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops with bar seating, and all cooking essentials are included. The open floor plan to the living area creates a great gathering space for cooking, game nights, or movie watching. Enjoy your down time with free wifi which can be utilized by all of the Smart televisions that are not only in the living room, but in every bedroom as well.
The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, a private bathroom with an updated tiled walk-in shower, and sliding door access to the covered deck. The second bedroom offers a queen bed while the third guest bedroom sleeps 4 with a queen-size bed and twin bunks. The updated guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo with custom tile surround and tile floor. There is no need to worry, the necessities are provided: including linens, towels, hand soaps, toilet tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent for the full size washer and dryer located within the unit.
The abundance of fun that the lake has to offer is conveniently located nearby. You are minutes from activities including mini golf, go-kart tracks, trampoline park, shopping, wineries, lakeside restaurants, and the Bagnell Dam Strip. The Ledges is conveniently located near boat and jet ski rentals for additional fun on the lake, state parks to enjoy the natural beauty of the Ozarks, and some of the most incredible golf courses in the state. The Ledges is also only 2 miles from Lake Regional Hospital for any emergent needs.

Great location! Loved the beach access. The unit sleeps 8 and we had 6, but it was tight. Enough beds, but not enough room in the living room , dining, and kitchen. It was tight with 6, I'm grateful that 2 in our party couldn't make it. When we walked in the door upon arrival, the baseboards were dirty as was the sliding glass door and some other areas. The sliding glass door was difficult to open. The screen door was ripped and dirty. There were cob webs in multiple rooms/places. The lamp in the living room was broken and a towel bar in the bathroom fell out easily. Great lake view, beautiful master bath, kitchen stocked will enough.
