Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for any getaway. We are conveniently located in The Ledges complex at mile marker 20 in the center of Osage Beach, near all the lake activities: water sports, mini golf, outlet mall, specialty shops, grocery stores and public golf. The area offers many options in dining and nightlife easily accessible by land or water. There is something for all ages.
The complex has 2 swimming pools – one on the point with an awesome view of the main channel. The second pool is located at the entrance to the complex. There is also a small sandy beach area for children of all ages. A walking path along the lake provides a scenic view.
Our waterfront condo is decorated with personal and welcoming touches. We want our guests to feel at home and relaxed. The condo is located a few steps down from the parking lot and is professionally cleaned in preparation for your visit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware, and appliances, including both drip and Keurig coffee makers. A dishwasher makes clean up after meals a breeze. There is seating for seven – three at the breakfast bar and four at the dining table. The dining area is perfect for family meals or playing cards or games. There is a full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience.
The spacious living room has comfortable seating, which includes a recliner and queen pull-out bed. Enjoy your favorite shows on the Roku smart TV with Spectrum cable or streaming. If you want to surf the web, a secured high speed WIFI connection is available.
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed with a full adjoining bath, including double sinks and a combination tub/shower. The expert provides a ceiling fan, smart TV, and private access to the deck. Large windows provide a tranquil view of the lake.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with the main bathroom including a shower nearby. A smart TV is also included. We also have a queen-size sleeper available for additional guests or children. All beds and baths are complete with towels and linens.
The deck provides a view of the main channel and is a great area for relaxing and taking in the atmosphere of the lake. The dock area is in a no-wave cove, which is ideal for fishing, feeding the ducks and docking your boat. Our 10 x 30 slip is within sight of the deck and is included in our nightly rate.
Boat launching and Trailer parking: Although The Ledges does not offer a boat ramp or trailer parking, we find the Lake of the Ozarks State Park a convenient facility for launching, retrieving and parking. The ramp at the park marina is well kept and in a quiet cove. Short-term or long-term parking is available in the Pa He Tsi area for reasonable rates.

Absolutely felt at home in this condo and it was really close to the dock. It has a fully stocked kitchen including a junk drawer so you know you’re at home. The owners are very knowledgeable about the area and respond quickly. There is also a boat/wave runner rental place in the same cove that is excellent. Location is convenient to several boat up restaurants. I would come back again.
