Rent from expert renters. We spent over a decade renting at LOTO and bought this condo with you in mind. We LOVED the location on land and water at Ledges. This unit is a dream come true for us. Itâs ground floor, faces west for sunsets, features multiple pools and even a beach! Itâs easy to find, itâs clean and most importantly, itâs close to everything!! We tried to think of all the things weâve wanted in a rental as we prepped the condo for YOU and your family/friends.
Only a couple minutes off Hwy 54 and simple to find. No crazy winding roads to worry about (but do keep your eyes open for deerâŚ. Especially after dark! Theyâre everywhere!) Walk down a couple of steps to access condo and youâre literally ON THE WATER at the 20MM!! Close to everything on water and landâŚ..Redhead, Shorty Pants, Margaritaville all right around the corner. Dog Days, Backwater Jacks and 1932 Reserve all close too!! The State Park, Dierbergs, Dicks, WalMart, Loweâs, healthcare, boat rentals, golf, hiking, go karts and much more within minutes.
The condo itself is a well appointed 2BR with 2 big comfy beds, an air mattress for kids or extra guests as well as a fold out couch (not quite as comfy as air mattress) and a nicely stocked kitchen. Everything you need to have a relaxing trip to The Lake! Weâll even stock the K Cups for the Keurig! Washer/Dryer, microwave, toaster, WiFi, TVâs that work (one big smart tv, Rokuâs and cable!) and some lamps with USB plugs for your phone chargers! Bringing the kids? We have games, a pack and play and even a high chair to add to our dining table and 6 chairs. There is a safe beach and 2 pools onsite. Parking right in front of the unit. Beautiful sunsets and main channel views from the deck. The kids will love seeing the fish, ducks and turtles from the deck right in front of the unit. Need a slip? Just askâŚ.. we can usually find one to rent for a few extra bucks. If youâre looking for an EASY and RELAXING escape, you just found it.

The property was great, just as pictured. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels were avaliable, including beach towels. The balcony was lovely as well.Communication with the host was excellent. They responded quickly to any questions and were very accommodating.

Overall really impressed but a little pricey and super crowded over the holiday weekend. Owner was great with communication and the condo had all the comforts of home.

Such a great place to stay! The kids loved the beach and pools. The condo was perfect. Very clean and the owners provided many extras (towels, beach toys, games, etc). We will definitely be staying here again!
