MonKeys Apartments La Campana Suites

The location of the property is ideal. Access to the building comfortable on a main street, lifts up to apartment great as on the 5th floor. There was a hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioning throughout, spacious bathroom, great storage for clothes. We had an issue with the microwave, contacted the reception and they were right on it, all sorted. The communication with the staff was very good, they were very attentive.

The air con units fill up in containers in the apartment, so you have to empty them. Why on the first night we don´t know, but one filled up and overflowed. We were weary to leave it on once we left the apartment in case it happened again while we were not there. We found that if we put the air con at 23º there was no issues, but still didn´t leave it on when we left. Just something to be aware of. Just one other comment, again its just being aware. Collecting the keys! We arrived to the door of the apartment, but then realised that we had to go elsewhere to get the key from a key box, the video shows you where the key is and then brings you into the apartment next to it, so we tried the door but didn´t fit, that is when we realised that the keys were for the apartment that we were at initially. We had luggage and dragged it all around the streets, had we known, one could have gone for the key and the rest wait with the luggage at the apartment. Maybe make that more obvious. That the apartment is at such an address but that you require to collect the keys at a different location, I understand why but just to make it clearer. This is only constructive criticism. La ubicación en el mismo centro y su buen equipamiento

El gel y el champú estaban en el suelo del baño, un pequeño estante vendría bien

The floors could have been more clean

Lo bueno es la ubicación, en el centro con la calle sierpes enfrente, corte ingles, cafeterías y bares. Destacar también la ducha q calentaba rápido y con presión. Habitación amplia.

Cama incómoda. Pedí con antelación dos almohadas más, algo fácil de satisfacer, y no las pusieron. Se lo reclamo y contesta al día siguiente q estaban en el armario, a lo q contesto q solo había una y era para mí hija q dormía en el sofá cama. No hubo más respuesta al respecto. El sofá estaba roto se salía de sus railes al abrirlo, nos costó mucho abrirlo, y era muy incómodo. En la cocina no había paño para secar. Y pusieron unas cápsulas de café inservibles ya que la cafetera no era de cápsulas. También se oye bastante el ruido de la calle. Los enchufes de la habitación fallaban a veces. La escoba estaba rota. El microondas hacia un ruido que parecía que le pasaba algo. Quitar el gotelé y renovar puertas tampoco estaría mal. Siento decirlo pero no repetiremos.
