Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do plaży, restauracji, sklepów, przystanków autobusowych i tramwajowych. Spokojna dzielnica. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, komfortowe dla rodziny 3-4 osobowej, posiada klimatyzację, pralkę, sprzęt plażowy. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką, która jest troskliwa i życzliwa.

Tout était parfait : logement spacieux , très propre et très bien équipé avec un patio très agréable. Hébergement très bien situé également à proximité de la mer dans quartier typique et calme et disposant de commerces , restos .. . Ligne de bus à proximité avec une grande fréquence pour accéder au centre de Valence . Enfin Anita a été très disponible , accueillante et nous a donné de très bons conseils noter pour une boulangerie située à deux pas de l’appartement.

Anna e suo marito, i proprietari, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La casa ha una cucina abbastanza ben attrezzata e dispone anche di lavatrice.
Purtroppo la casa d' inverno è piuttosto fredda, è presente un condizionatore ma è assolutamente insufficiente. Abbiamo patito il freddo tutta la vacanza. Inoltre il divano letto è scomodo perché il materasso è sottile e la rete scricchiolante. L 'appartamento è ubicato in zona vicino al mare, ma periferica.
