It was easy and simple to get the key in the save box

The size of the flat was good, especially the kitchen. Also liked the fact that there was a washing machine to do our washing. The pool which is abit of a walk away was really nice.

The decor is quite old school, the shower would become backed up so you had water accumulating as you showered and would take it's time going down the drain. There was a cockroach that would come out at night, we managed to kill it eventually. The aircon in the main room does not work, it switches on but can't control the temperature or flow at all. We had luckily packed in a fan which helped but then the second room where our kids stayed was so hot, so we ended up buying another fan for them. There isn't really a proper view of the ocean as the trees are blocking it. The pool which is allowed for visitors is abit of a walk away and the pool that you see over the balcony is only for the owners but it's not exactly clear on that. No WiFi available.

Cleanliness.

Heat. The other bedroom doesn't have a fan.

The unit was peaceful and in a good location staff were very pleasant and helpful

The bedding had a very strong bad oder. The microwave did not work kept sparking. The Aircon did not work. The unit also had alot of cockroachs. The shower drain was also a bit clogged as the water took long to drain.
