Super location for hanging out in downtown Sarasota. Designated parking in the backyard was serviceable but somewhat difficult to access. Street parking workable after the dinner rush. Reasonably quiet for downtown with the occasional loud motorcycle being the exception. I used both the heat and A/C, and both were functional. You can catch the open air bus out to Lido and Siesta. It's free. It does provide a good laundry facility.
The dedicated parking as mentioned. watch that step down from the main room to the kitchen floor. I was fine with the small bathroom, think RV.
