The property and location is exactly what we expected and wanted. It is no frills but doesn't pretend to be anything more. The location was key for us, it is a walk to downtown but if you are not that inclined to walk longer distances it is only two blocks to Main St and the free trolley bus that takes you to Downtown and onwards to St Armands Circle and to Lido beach without the hassles of parking.

Host we very communicative and made an effort to make sure everything acceptable to us. Location is very central and allowed us to explore downtown and Payne Park easily.

We had some problems with the automatic door lock in back. The bathroom needs some help because the commode is way too close to the shower floor ledge. Overall, it worked for us.
