Welcome to The White Pearl! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom open-concept condo is located just a block from Downtown Sarasota, where your adventures are boundless.
This condo is located steps away from the tip of Sarasota s Main St., where you can divulge in all the lovely boutiques and world-renowned restaurants. A short stroll will lead you over to Marina Jacks and Sarasota Bay. If you walk directly east from the condo, it will guide you through the regentrified Rosemary District and across to Centennial Park. In the evening, take on some of Sarasota s hottest nightspots, theaters, and restaurants.
Upon entering the home, you will find a colorful exterior with a lovely privacy gate leading to a private entrance. You will find a light and bright atmosphere, with breathtaking wooden floors running throughout. Down the hall, you will find the living room with a comfy couch and a Smart TV to kick back and relax after a day of adventure. Adjacent is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has plenty of cabinet space. There is a cafe set for two and a breakfast bar for two.
The primary bedroom awaits! This spacious room has a twin-size bed and plenty of closet space. Attached is the primary bathroom, which has an updated vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, a Smart TV, and a custom closet. The second bathroom has a large vanity with a shower/tub combo with excellent masonry work. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, a Smart TV, and a custom closet.

There is a designated parking spot in the front of the home. (The property would be the white unit in the picture, it is labeled by the wooden fence on the side of the home that it is Unit C)
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

The sheets had same pen staines, and the trash cans infront of the door invited alot of gnats into unit, we didnt even have food with us.

Overall, the experience was OK. The location is great, in a beautiful neighborhood. Off-the-street parking was a bonus near downtown. The unit seems to be newly remodeled and looks great.
Check-in was confusing. I arrived late in the evening, around midnight, and followed the directions I was given to open a key box using a code. The code worked, and I used the key to open the door. A person inside started yelling and telling me I was in the wrong place. I felt awful. Looking at the arrow on the side of the building seemed to point at that door. However, it was pointing to a gate that the entry door was behind. Regardless, the code worked in both the key box and on the door keypad, which made me concerned for my safety. Codes should not be used in multiple places.
Upon entering the unit, there were personal belongings from the prior guest, no toilet paper (at all), and no iron or ironing board (I was on a business trip). They did send the cleaners on the following afternoon. However, at that point, I had already purchased toilet paper. My stay was from Friday to the following Friday, and they never provided an iron or ironing board, which I had to purchase.
The linens and bedding were heavily used, with discoloration and markings, and should be replaced.
While the experience was overall OK, and the location is great, I likely would not choose to stay in this unit again.
