Très bon contact avec Maria. Très disponible et arrangeante, liste de recommandations très utiles. Appartement propre. Très bien placé. Résidence entrenue et surveillée 24/24. Équipement OK. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Problème d'humidité très important dans l'appartement les murs sont remplis de salpêtre mais Maria m'a dit qu'elle allait s'en occuper. Literie très abîmée et de mauvaise qualité. Manque insonorisation on entend beaucoup les voisins.
