Tropical Madeira

The managers were very nice and helpful :) including arranging taxis to and from the airport on request. The property has nice decor and a nice feel. The kitchen had a lot of equipment and was clean. The complex is nice and quiet with a good pool. It's nice sitting out on the balcony.

No air conditioning although it says the property has that in two places on the booking.com listing! Difficult to pay unless you have Revolut as you can't pay on booking.com. You either have to do an international bank transfer (incurring high bank costs) or take cash out (cash machines limit is ~£160 per day so multiple trips required) which added some stress to the holiday. Maybe they could set up a PayPal business account? The property has a nice feel but everything is a bit worn and the bathroom is usable but needs updating. Cleanliness could be improved. Couldn't connect tv to the wifi to use apps and it is not connected to local tv.

Good location, nice and clean place. The swimming pool is also great! The apartment is well equipped even beach towels. Shop and restaurants just 3 min walk away. Thanks for Balazs and Natasja for always been available! We defenetly came back soon again!
