The flat is located in Santa Maria on the island of Sal.
Directly in front of the building there is a mini market, a bar, two restaurants, a car hire, an office for booking excursions and a hire shop for water sports equipment.
On the opposite side of the road is another mini-market and then the beach.
An ATM and the town centre are just a few minutes' walk away.
Our flat has a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer compartment. A coffee machine and toaster are also available.
Right next to it is a dining table with chairs for four people and access to the balcony. This also seats four people at the table with a view of the pool. In the same room is the living room, which has a sofa, TV and air conditioning.
Behind it on the left is the bathroom. This is equipped with a WC, a bidet, a washbasin and a shower. There is also a hairdryer, towels and a small first aid bag.
Opposite is bedroom number one with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. There is also an iron here.
The room at the back has two single beds and another wardrobe.
There is 24-hour security in front of the entrance.
In the complex itself there is a large pool with a children's area and several sun loungers with parasols. An outdoor shower is also available.
Public areas are under video surveillance.
The nearest public beach is approx. 150 metres away directly opposite by crossing a road.
Directly in front of the complex there are already a few options for shopping and eating/drinking out. For more variety, the centre of Santa Maria can be reached on foot in approx. 8 minutes.
