First window blinde does not open and have to be repaired. Dishwasher doesn’t work .

Nice family stay in Milano.

Comfortable and stylish apartment. It's enough for a three person family. The location is near the tram station line number 1, where you can quickly move to the city center. The apartment was very clean and had good equipment. The parking place is for free, but you have to drive around near streets to find a non-occupied spot. Very nice onboarding guide! You know what, where and how.

A few little things which can help the host and future guests. 1. The door to the bathroom needs undercutting. You need to use your arm muscle to open/close them. 2. No kettle to boil water for tea or coffee. Boiling water in a pot and pouring it into a cup is not very convenient. 3. Led strips from the apartment pictures didn't work, requiring a battery change. (you will miss a wow effect) 4. It can be loud at night, especially when you open a window. Apartment is on the ground floor and people passing by the building disturb your sleep.

Humidité et manque de luminosité (impossible d’ouvrir les volets roulants manuels très lourds) Pas de cafetière capsules ni de poêles ou plat à tarte. Clic clac en deux parties au rdc pas formidable pour des gens qui ont mal au dos. Sur la mezzanine, literie 2 places ok mais attention pas de barrière. Nous n’avons pas trouvé les couettes ni les torchons et les oreillers pas terribles (très mous) Boîte à clefs à l’arrivée et la sortie. Il y a des caméras à l’extérieur et intérieur côté porte d’entrée. Porte d’entrée ne fermait pas correctement (RDC). Cloisons fines, travaux à l’extérieur et passage couloir intérieur immeuble passant à toute heure. Pour se garer, c’est la jungle dans la rue et sur les trottoirs pour trouver des places de parking (les gens se garent de partout tellement il manque des places). Pas de parking pour l’immeuble mais en cherchant bien, avec un peu de patience, on finit par trouver. Pour finir, le prix de la taxe de séjour réclamée par l’hôte est de 4,50 euros par jour et par personne et non pas de 2 euros comme annoncé par Booking (a payer par virement).

Molto bello e confortevole, con tutto il necessario

Molto bella la Struttura ospitante, con tutti i comfort desiderabili inclusa una buona connessione internet. La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima per quanto riguarda la mobilità a Milano con mezzi pubblici, per ristoranti e negozi nei paraggi.

Ár érték arányban nem rossz , de én többet vártam a leírás alapján.

A környék jó. Bolt étkezési lehetőség a közelben. Parkolót is találtunk.

A lakásban nem volt fűtés, fáztunk. 3 főre 2 darab takarót találtunk a lakásban , ezért lepedővel kellett takarózni ., nadrágban pulóverben aludtunk. Klímával lehet fűteni de aki lent alszik az fázik aki fent annak pedig melege van, túl hangos a klíma. Plédet sem találtunk , a kazánt nem lehetett átállítani. A redőnyöket nem lehetett felhúzni ezért nappal is sötét volt csak a lámpa világított. Furcsa szag van a lakásban mintha ételszag lenne.
