Penthouse with roof terrace in Parador, Nerja

Great location, lovely property, very comfortable. Pool was great. Would highly recommend. We had a couple of niggles with the awning, and a defective smoke alarm going off, both fixed the same day by the managing agent. Would absolutely rent again for a stay in Nerja.

Beautiful bright spacious apartment with lots of amenities including bbq and coffee machine. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning in all rooms. Lovely big balcony and rooftop terrace with comfortable seating. Pool is small but never too busy, had it to ourselves most days. Great location only 10 minute walk from the balcon.

We had a toddler in a buggy so the 30 odd steps up to the apartment were a bit of a pain. I should have realised this when booking but something to consider if you have accessibility needs.

Location, outdoor space, pool and option for a bbq

Air conditioning leaked quite a lot as the bottles needed to be emptied all the time - something we’ve never encountered with air con. One of the fans didn’t work. We also couldn’t find a bottle opener, which we would have liked to have, to enjoy a bottle of wine.

Very good location, 6 min walk to the centre of Nerja and close to Burriana beach, which is lovely. Very clean and spacious living room with a lovely roof terrace. The cleaner was lovely on arrival and allowed us to store our luggage before checking in so that was great.

Bedrooms are quite small in comparison to living room space. Wouldn’t advise for two couples as one room is two single beds and shift apart at any attempt. The swimming pool orientation was very strange, the whole pool area would be in the shade at 10am and would take a while to cover the remainder of the area. There was only 5/6 sun beds. We had a few balcony drinks with around 7 people until 10pm ish one night before town and got multiple complaints so wouldnt advise if want to have any music drinks etc. Asked for assistance for bag storage and was advised on storage lockers 15/30’min drive from apartment. Wasn’t very helpful and then stored the bags at the pool for 15 mins and was told that the residents complained and needed to be moved. The maintenance guy was lovely but you could tell that the residents are quite particular about noise and any inconveniences no matter how small.
