A bit dated. Furniture needs updating.

La ubicación, el alojamiento en general estaba bastante equipado, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y cocina y baños nuevos

La zona de las terrazas podían estar mejor acondicionadas, colchonetas de la sillas….

Location was good. Walking distance to beaches and main town were good. Overall the apartment is fine but not for the price. They need to manage it better and it needs a deep clean. The pool area is nice but its needs repainting around it and there are no sun loungers or parasols. Basically you would have to bring your own chair or towel down to sit on the grass areas which most did but not comfortable for long periods. It was great having two rooftop terraces to sunbath on and follow the sun around the day and nice views of the mountains and the sea. Sun loungers provided on both terraces.

The check in was awful. We got keys from a reception office about 2 minutes away but we did not know that. We were given a bunch of about 8 keys and a map. We ended up walking past the entrance as it was down a lane which we didn't know and ended up 5 mins away. We had to contact the office to find us. The guy who came around said he was outside the apartment which was great for him but we couldn't find it. Eventually after dragging our 3 heavy suitcases back up a hill we located him and he brought us in. After telling him we would never have found the apartment, his reply was sorry but we did send you a link. There was 4 of them sitting in that office and we should have been brought around to the apartment. The 8 keys we had were for various things like the gated entry into the complex, a small lower balcony gate, which we would have ended up having to figure that out ourselves. Keys for nearly every lock in every room. Feedback - Bring guests to the apartment, show them the entry points, how the AC works as 2 of the 3 were not working correctly. Had them out twice and still not great. No welcome pack. Things like how the TV works. Never figured that out, washing machine instructions, what each key is for, recommended restaurants, bars, etc. We were told to not leave our rubbish behind but had no clue where to dump it. Another thing the electricity kept tripping out every day. Even though their maintenance guy came around it was never addressed. I sent a message later in the stay and it was ignored. Also the lock on the rooftop is non existent which was unsafe. Anyone could walk down into the apartment. The sliding door locks don't work. One of the two fans in the downstairs lounge area was missing a pull cord to start it. The only AC that worked correctly was in the main bedroom which was important, even though that started leaking which they fixed that day, so that's fine.
