How easy it was to access the property with great guidance and support from Charlotte,
The only thing we didn't like only a little bit was the sofa. It wasn't very comfortable but it wasn't an issue at all.

Very, very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Hosts were very responsive to questions, and the location is great - close to a lovely small beach, close to town centre, but far enough from town centre that it's quiet. There's some traffic noise but, if you're used to living in a busy town or city, you won't even notice it. Close to shops for groceries, etc.
Would have been handy to have a bar of soap in the bathroom - we arrived late and very tired, and didn't have anything with us, as we planned to go out shopping for supplies in the morning. Small thing, but helpful when checking-in late. Otherwise, there were towels and a hairdryer etc. waiting for us.
