The property is excellently placed just a very short walk to the centre of Nerja and the Balcon d’Europe. The building was just next to the car park where we could leave our hire car. 62 euros for 7 days parking. Many bars and restaurants in the location the closest being almost next door where we ate twice and had excellent service. The apartment itself was very well equipped with all we needed including beach toys and chairs and parasols available to use. Air conditioning was excellent and each room had fans too.

Whilst the apartment was very good it is a little dated and tired. The bath was flaking and the grout has seen better days. Outside furniture was also a little worse for wear. The swimming pool on the roof was compact but it did have lots of tiles missing. The sun loungers were also in need of repair/replacement. However this did not distract from us having a fabulous family holiday and we would go again.

Property was in a fantastic location - close to everything, beaches, shops & the Balcón. Beds were comfortable and we had all appliances we needed.

View of the car park, but we knew that when we booked, so still good value and car park was remarkably quiet. We were unfortunate to have noisy neighbours move in on our 4th day. They played music and shouted until 3am most days. I’d say this was unfortunate though, rather than a reason not to book because the First 3 days and nights were very quiet.
