The location was good. Close to the centre, nearest beach was 5 mins walk away. Very quiet, even though it was next door to a car park. Kitchen was well equiped. It has everything needed for a holiday.
Whole apartment would benefit from de-cluttering.
Very noisy extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet. Bed old and very noisy. Lounge has a "retro" look and would benefit from newer furniture and tv/ satelite could be updated. The flat could look amazing with a bit of care and attention.
