Great location, close to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants & the Balcon de Europa.
Very nice terrace with a great view of the sea.
There are two lifts in the building so the property is very good for access.
Very good air conditioning in each bedroom & main living room.
The mattress in the main bedroom was on the firm side for our tastes. The decor/paintwork is a bit tired & could do with refreshing.
The bathroom is a bit cramped with the washing machine situated directly facing the toilet.
The road outside is busy & can be noisy at night so may not suit light sleepers.

Apartment had a bad smell of smoke. And we were told there was no options for us to move or upgrade.
