Amazing, peaceful stay at Bled

The property is almost right on the lake and is very well equipped and exceptionally clean. We were able to walk from the property to major attractions such as Ojstrica. It also has a lovely balcony, and the value for money is excellent. I would happily stay there again.

Great place, amazing location, host very responsive.

Location is amazing, private and safe parking also, getting the keys was easy and communication with the host was great, we were even able to check out later for no extra cost that is a huge bonus, few minutes walk to the lake, supermarket very close by

We pretty much liked everything if we had to pick on something is the heating in the room didn't seem to be doing much and we wish there was more toilet paper and those sorts of things when we stayed for a week.

OK for the price, but cleanliness and storage space were concerns.

Literally 2 mins walk from the lake, close to hiking trails, apartment itself was spacious for 3.

In the description (on booking.com) microwave is listed as available, but there is no microwave in the apartment. As we stayed with an infant, this would have been very important,to heat up his food/drink, but it was impossible. As we stayed for 4 nights, this was a challenge. Fridge is also very small, but liveable. The apartment itself was quite spacious for the 3 of us, altough I wouldn't reccomend it for more than 3 people. The furnishing was quite bare, not enough storage spaces/cupboards/cabinets. In the bathroom there is no shelf /cupboard at all, you have to put your stuff on the sink /window sill, but the main concern for the bathroom was the cleanliness, or lack of it. Just overall we didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of it, especially with a baby, the shower sink was nearly blocked so you couldn't open the water fully, just half-open, otherwise water started to rise in the shower. In the shower cabin, again, there is no storage so you can't place your shampoo/shower gel anywhere, but the floor. The entire apartment had a certain smell, on which I can't quite put my finger on, but despite us constantly opening the windows, it didn't go away. All in all, OKAY apartment but for what it is, cerainly overpriced. Wouldn't reccomend for more than 3 people.

Nice apartment with a good location

I really liked that the apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils plus all appliances. Moreover I liked that the bathroom had heating facilities.

The insects screens for the windows are missing and I was expecting that at least somebody will come to us and speak to us to check if everything is fine or if we were missing something. Despite that we had telephone details, human contact is also important. Also lifts are missing so disabled people with wheel chairs cannot access the apartment.

Wonderful apartment, highly recommend.

We loved it here! Was perfect for our group of 6 adult + a 2 yr old. Cot provided. Excellent location between lake and local countryside. Very safe. Lots of light and spacious bedrooms. Washing machine provided very helpful. Would absolutely come again.

The kitchen is unfortunately very small and hard to move around in due to the slanted ceiling design. The appliances are all tucked into one small corner making them hard to access. Didn't take away from our wonderful stay though.

Superb location, has everything you need.

Superb location right next to a swimming area. Excellent parking facilities – a major bonus, as parking in Bled can otherwise be quite expensive. The hosts were very accommodating and happily fulfilled our requests, such as providing extra pillows.

Fantastic apartment close to the lake. Would definitely stay again

The location was superb just a quiet road away from the lake and loved the convenience of a 2 minute walk there. The aircon was much needed and also loved the balcony for breakfast. Private car park was also much needed.

An ideal location and a well-equipped accommodation for a visit to Bled

The location was excellent. While outside of central Bled - a 10 minute walk - the apartment provided a quiet respite from the busier and more crowded part of town, with a comfortable and well-appointed space and secure parking.

The location was perfect, right on the lake. Clean, easy to find, plenty of parking, close to town and the lake. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Balcony with nice views.

It could have had extra pillows but that is just a preference.

Spacious and bright appartment near lake shore

The location is excellent, the private parking is available (which is a rare situation in Bled). Appartment is clean, spacious, and with a lot of light. Very airy and with a slight view of the lake. A stream running next to house is a very nice backdrop and for us, we enjoyed the sound of water through kipped windows. A convenience store is just a few steps away (it is not open on Sunday), the lake shore and start of the walking path (20-40 min walk to the center of Bled town) are right there also.

The essentials were available (especially kitchen), but just that. If anyone wishes to actually cook in the appartment, some additional things are needed such as paper towell, some salt (the box was stuffed with single pepper packs, but there were no salt packs left). Overall - good.

Location is the Key!

The location cannot be beat. It's steps away from a little supermarket and the lake, nor far from the main area of restaurants. The rooms were of good size and good sized living room. It was clean, had secure parking, and easy to get the keys with the instructions that they email. We were able to use the car park a little after checkout so we could rowboat around the lake one last time, which was an added bonus for our kids.

Wish there would have been a microwave.

Pretty much everything! Great location and facilities. Really quick and helpful replies from the hosts too. Nice and warm place.

The low ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom took a bit of getting used to. We would have appreciated some basic provisions, like tea and coffee and salt and pepper too.

Great location

Great location...just a few metres away from the lake. Well equipped apartment and very clean. Small convenience shop down the road. Parking space available.

No lift...there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the Swan apartment. If you're tall be cautious as it has low ceilings. Beware if you have young children as there is no gate at the staircase in the apartment and they can easily fall (Swan apartment).

Could be better for the price, not the best part of Bled to stay.

The location is ok. Obviously it’s near the lake which is nice, but it’s not really the best part of Bled to stay, you’re better off down the Eastern end or northern side which is more peaceful and park like and doesn’t have the busy road running right along it but has many places for a peaceful drink looking over the lake. The apartment is a good size. Private parking was essential so this was good.

The floor was very sticky, there was nothing to clean it with. The curtains were translucent and didn’t block light, we had to hang a duvet over them in the bedroom. The sheets had some marks and hairs on them. The sofa is uncomfortable, I guess because it converts to a sofa bed. The kitchen would be better if it included a little oil for cooking, just as it includes salt. The bed was hard and an extra pillow per person would help. The AC worked but didn’t get things very cool, it was partially blocked by the curtain. As mentioned the location is fine, but I would advise staying down the eastern or northern side of Bled lake, where the road isn’t so fast and it has a more leisurely feel. You’ll enjoy it more and can get a similar type of place for the money.
