Lovely stay — perfect for families

Great spot! Nice garden for the kids, 10-min walk to the lake. Host was great at communicating and check-in was super easy.

AC’s only in one room, but it actually cooled the whole upstairs just fine.

Lake Bled home

Fun small home up a side street to the north of Lake Bled. Loved the location. The house had everything we needed. Beds were good.

I am struggling with this review as Bookings incorrectly stated we were just 2 guests instead of 6. It was the first night of our family trip and I was trying to figure out if we really did need to pay more. (Jet lag did not help.)The communication with the owner just became very rude VERY quickly - we did owe more so I understand his frustration but he was not kind. In addition I went to use the washer and this American family could not figure it out. There were no instructions- the owner was unable to tell me what to do and he does not live in the area. He did send a person to look at it later that day. Dumb mistake on our part -we needed to rotate the dial to the top and then back to the setting but again he was unable to give us correct instructions. He was angry with us. Simple instructions posted in the apartment would help those of us who are not familiar with EU washers. We had a good stay but ….we stayed in 7 properties over more than 2 weeks in Europe and every other owner was so delightful

The draining in the downstairs shower room needs attention, the water flooded the bathroom. Had to open the grate and clean debris to allow water to drain

pretty scenery surrounding the house, easy to walk into town. There were not enough towels for the 4 of us, even though it is listed as 3 bedrooms, the two adjoining are divided with a dresser between the opening in the wall, and one room has no door for privacy

I would never come back or recommand that place.

not a lot, only the location 10 minutes from the lake and the back balcony was open to a green field.

The owner is not around, we never saw him every issue we had he sent persons who does not speak English to come and check. There is no privacy at that house at all, toilet has no key and cannot be locked, one room has no door and it is combined with other room. We booked for 8 persons and the house was made for 4, The owner sent persons to makeup the place for 8 but still we had no blankets only sheets as a cover and it was cold at night, The boiler was turned off so we had to wait three hours to take a shower, then when we made it to the shower it was floating all over, I had to open myself the disgusting filter and clean it. The Electric stove work with magnetic pot but most of the things were not magnetic. If you want to keep ice cream, there no freezer only refrigerator. very disappointing place

showers, not a fan of a design. we got water everywhere in the bathrooms. showers should be inclosed. also bedrooms upstairs should have doors for privacy.

The location was perfect! Lake Bled can be busy in the tourist season, but this house is perfectly situated right on the edge. The walk to the lake is five minutes, but you feel like your out in the countryside. It was beautiful! So convenient.

A little hidden Gem.

We love the location! Rural landscape but so close to the Lake. We loved walking to the lake each day exploring the area. Beds very comfortable. Very well appointed house. Hosts very helpful. Favorite house!

Second toilet was broken but we were made aware of it due to previous guests but we got around it. Other than that it was perfect!

One night stay.

The peacefulness and quietness of the location right in the middle of a natural setting. Beds were so soft. We had good sleep after a long day on the road. We wish we could stay longer.

Cleaning fee for us staying there just one night is quite high.

Camas cómodas. Radiadores en todas las estancias y los dos baños con suelo radiante. El comedor muy amplio con sillas comodas donde pasábamos buenos ratos después de cenar. Todo tipo de menaje.

Faltó alfombrilla para salir de la ducha. El salón lo usamos poco porque no era muy acogedor, preferíamos el comedor.
