Nightmare in flat 809

We Only liked the location.

Our room number was 809 and what we saw was a nightmare. Everything was very dirty in the room all the dishes were dirty and unclean, the bedsheets were ripped and the floor was very dirty and sticky and was unpleasant walking on it barefoot. Washing machine doesn't work, hob doesn't work,toilet broken 😑😡 (will put photos)

Everything. Horrible room, dirty, holes in the walls, mold on the vents and ceilings, old food in fridge and cabinets, filthy bathroom, no towels, frint door looked like someone tried to break in, smelled like mold and sewage.

Do not stay here. It does not look anything like the pictures. It is disgustingly dirty. We did not sleep here and had to book a different apartment.

Worse place I ever stay it is scam they gave me a room totally different with what I booked online . When I asked they told. Me that room was sold out for 1 year . Why posting pictures of unavailable room this is a scam

Disgusting place,unprofessional staff

we didn't like the facility it's disgusting,it was dirty,,there's no communication since we came ,it's clear that when they get the money that's all.no after care

we don't like the man/the staff who just came without communication and told us the check oout is at 11am inspite of asking him a favor if ww can stay till 12 noon coz we arrive from airport at 2 am,but he didn't agree, and so we don't have choice we left with kids

The property isn’t what the pictures looked like. Security didn’t know we were arriving. 3 out of 5 beds were mattresses on the floor. No towels in apartment or cleaning facilities in apartment like stated on booking. Balcony door broken and asked for it to be fixed and was sent to room 210 to tell him !! Went there and he said would come and fix it but never did.

My friend remained blocked in the bathroom for 2 hours as the door was broken. We paid for cleaning service and we never received it. The worst place where you can stay in Dubai.

This place (apartment #1415) should not be on booking at all.

The apartment is 5-7 minutes walking distance from DMCC train station and 10 min walking from the beach. This was the only positive side from our stay at Marina Diamond 2.

When we arrived at the place, we were surprised to hear that the unit #907 I originally booked was not available. They gave us apartment #1415. The apartment was in a bad condition. Mold on the walls, torn sheets, dirty floor etc. Please see my pictures for more details. The only positive side was the good location of the apartment (5-7 minutes walking distance from DMCC metro station and 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, and a wonderful Pakistani restaurant nearby). In general, I think this place should not be on booking at all.

Awful and Disgusting

The price was good but that was a trap because everything was disappointing and did not reach our expectations , poor management by staff and it was sooooooo dirty with bad smell we wanted to leave immediately if we had a chance. but our budget did not allow us to do that
