Clean and neat

Stayed at Hotel Honey Boutique and had a really good experience. The location is great, close to the city center but in a quiet and safe area, so it was easy to relax after a day of exploring Kutaisi. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, always making sure everything was okay and that I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable, clean, and the Wi‑Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. If you're traveling by car, parking is easy and secure, which was a big plus for me. Overall, this hotel offers great value and a warm, personal atmosphere. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kutaisi. 😊

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We were offered coffee/tea on arrival.

Finding the place was the first issue. We used public transport and although we had a street name and number, there was simply no signage, posters, or banners to indicate the name of the hotel. On the first evening, there were 2 incidents where staff entered our room while we were in bed without even knocking. And no the door wasn't locked. It seemed they were confused as to which rooms were assigned to which guests. There are 3 rooms in total. The following morning our hot water ran out within a minute or two. We did report this and the staff responded quickly, offering us a bathroom in one of the other unoccupied rooms, however, we had already gotten dressed by that time. Lastly, the walls are all dry-walling and thin. We could hear every sound our "neighbours" in the next room made.
