Great location, near Tokyo Sky Tree & Sensō-ji Temple.
Ticks all the basics requirements with few extra benefit such as complete Manga series (for those who want to kill time). Even locals also stay here, not just tourists.
One minus point is the nice rooftop cafe was closed down last year when I stayed (not sure about now). And it is off-limit to enter also even though I just want a few shots of the Sky Tree from that rooftop. It's one of the reason I chose this place is because of that great view.

Only issue I had was the shower is on the ground floor. Meaning you have to go outside. If it’s winter time and you’re staying here, make sure you’re prepared for this. That winter weather is different.
The shower area is kind of small but fully stocked with body soap, shampoo and conditioner. The bed is comfortable and you get a locker to place your items in. Good little hostel

Not recommended for:
1. Remote location, 20mins walk from train station at least
2. Very hot and not well ventilated room in winter
3. Storage cabinets in the room are very noisy whenever one locks/unlocks and opens/closes
4. Very poor bunk beds that if you sleeps on top, you will find it very hard to climb up and over the complete surrounding barrier (with no opening even at the bed end) or easily drop stuffs down to the lower bunk.
5. Very small hotel and therefore quite noisy when people are simply in and our of the room or handling their luggages no matter how the tenants are well behaved and most quiet enough.
6. I would only recommend if you travel light, sleep easily, stay for lower bunk and only for one night.
