Arredamento, isolamento acustico, posizione, facilità di parcheggio in zona
In bagno mancano ganci a parete per telo doccia. Rotto il sostegno della manopola doccia. Mancano alcune classiche dotazioni quali strofinacci cucina, tovagliette colazione, doccia troppo piccola nonostante l'abbondante dimensione del bagno.

Просторная и красивая квартира. Месторасположение супер,отличный район,рядом есть супермаркет,разные кафе,трамвайная остановка и недалеко метро. В квартире присутствует всё для жизни,плита,холодильник,микроволновая печь,печь для выпечки. Владелец очень отзывчивый и милый в общении,отвечает быстро и может помочь,если возникли проблемы. Ещё в квартире присутствует вай-фай и большой телевизор.
Есть небольшие проблемы с открытием двери,если вай-фай отключился,то замок от подъезда и от двери в квартиру не будет открываться через сайт (для открытия нажатием кнопки),но когда возникла эта проблема,владелец принес ключ от подъезда и при этом можно открыть дверь в квартиру через код на том же сайте(мой совет иметь личный роуминг,чтобы не быть зависимым от вай-фай в такой ситуации). Вторая небольшая проблема,это кровать,но эта проблема не так значима потому,что все плюсы перекрывают минусы.

The apartment has all the facilities required for a stay. Large bathroom and generally nice apartment.
The fold out bed bends in the lower back section when we lie on it. It was impossible to sleep on it, so we had to put the mattress on the floor in order to get some sleep.
