La struttura é nuova e tenuta bene , ma purtroppo ha un grande problema , essendo a piano terra ed avendo una serranda in metallo coperta da vetrate non fonoassorbenti , si sentono tutti i rumori della strada , quando i veicoli in strada passano vibra la serranda e si sente internamente , la notte hai tutti i rumori della strada , passaggio auto , camion della raccolta spazzatura etc .
