About this apartment rental

Nino's house is a nice open space studio located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building without a lift. It is an extremely quiet accommodation despite being in the center of Milan and in an enviable position, in the elegant Risorgimento district and only 100m from Piazza V Giornate! Tramlinks # 12 and 27 and city buses stop close the house, as well as a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants where you can spend pleasant evenings! San Babila and the Duomo can also be reached on foot!

The accommodation of about 50 mq consists of a single room split into a living area with a queen-size sofa bed and Smart TV with Sky-Premium access and a kitchen area with a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, moka and kettle. Queen bed with wardrobe. Toilet with bidet, shower and washing machine. Unlimited WIFI, heating and bed and bath linen included are at your disposal!

Paid parking H24 Marcona Parking at 300m from home.

Countless shops, bars and restaurants near the house! We report Italian cuisine atMiscusi, Kyo Fusio Restaurant or Canteen as ethnic cuisine and L'Ov Milano for a more classic cuisine

Do not miss the following attractions:

- Piazza San Babila

- the Milan Cathedral, a symbolic monument of the Lombard capital located in the homonymous square, and Piazza della Scala, home to the famous Teatro alla Scala;

- Indro Montanelli Public Gardens, where you can enjoy a ride or simply a relaxing afternoon. Inside the Gardens are located the Planetarium of Milan and the Civic Museum of Natural History;

- the Rotonda della Besana, a church that stands in the middle of an evocative portico, now deconsecrated and used as an exhibition space for exhibitions and cultural events;

- Villa Necchi Campiglio, a true jewel of style and elegance in the heart of the city surrounded by a delightful, always open garden, where you can stop in the shade of the great magnolias;

- the Italian Institute of the Blind in Milan, which offers a unique experience, Dialogo nel Buio: an exhibition / path that differs from a traditional exhibition due to the total absence of light and the fact that visitors, to explore the environments, must rely exclusively on the senses of touch, hearing, smell, taste;

- the fashion district (enclosed between via Montenapoleone, via Manzoni, via della Spiga and corso Venezia) where jewelers, boutiques and design and furniture showrooms are concentrated.
