Very quiet and comfortable location, friendly host, definitely would recommend.

Fantastic quiet location. All on 1 level so perfect for older guests. Heidi left milk, cake and biscuits as well as coffee, tea, sugar etc. very welcoming. Lovely seating area outside.

Would be helpful to have a 2nd toilet separate from the bathroom.

One of the best places in Norfolk to stay and great for all ages!

Heidi has been the perfect host and even before arrival ensured we could find the property easily. She’s very helpful. We were totally impressed with the property, it’s so nicely done up, the photos although good still don’t do it justice. It’s spacious, has everything you need and tons of outdoor space for all ages. The place was very clean, beds very comfy and the Netflix account was a bonus too!

We didn’t stay long enough, that’s the only thing we didn’t like 😁

Perfect home from home.

The property was clean, beds comfy, the space for the children was amazing. They had everything you need from milk, tea and coffee to kids toys, a lovely touch to have Xmas decorations and tree up. Will definitely love to book again.

The Lambing Lodge was amazing, it had everything needed for our short stay, spacious and well decorated, with really comfortable beds, The garden was lovely, the children really enjoyed the swings and climbing frame, It’s situated in a lovely area, with lots of great things to do not to far away. Best of all was our visits from Lola, the children loved her 🥰

The property was immaculate and had everything you needed plus more. It was really comfortable and nicely decorated. We were made very welcome by the owner, who left ‘essentials’ such as coffee, tea and biscuits and cake!

A relaxing break in the countryside, perfect for a family.

This is a beautiful property in a very quiet countryside surroundings. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we need. The perfect place to relax - we really enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional

The whole holiday was incredible. The lodge is beautiful and sits in a stunning location. The village is award winning and is close to the town of Dereham, so amenities are a short drive away. Swanton Morley is a great base for travel and excursions. The owner, Heidi, and her family are polite, friendly, and caring. They have a lovely little dog who is a pleasure to fuss over. My sister and I are already planning our return trip.

Lovely Lambing Lodge

Lovely lodge in a rural location. The beds were very comfortable and everything was immaculate and perfect for our stay. The kids loved the outside space, including the swing and hammock - would be a lovely haven in nicer weather. Everything we needed for a happy, comfortable stay. Lovely welcome tray on arrival and great communication from Heidi.

Would have been great to have sharper knives in the kitchen. Just a personal preference, but would have been useful to have a shelf or chest of drawers / dressing table in bedroom - these are just as suggestions as they didn't impact our stay at all and everything was great.

Comfortable and relaxing stay, would definitely visit again.

The owners were welcoming and lovely and went out of their way to bring us milk from the local shop. The setting was relaxing and peaceful, and the kids enjoyed playing on the swings. The property was cosy and clean and the dog was very friendly. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent property and hosts.

We arrived late into the property. Heidi has the log burner lit for us and provided a selection of basic supplies to get us through our first night. Very welcoming and thoughtful. Lovely people and location.
