Great location in beautiful Eze

It’s on a hill so great for beautiful views but not so great to walk back up if you walk into the village. It’s only a 5 min walk though so it’s doable. If you have a car then it’s not a problem.

The terrace, the view; the room;

The neighbour’s dog barking at the ground floor; we had room118; and if you come by car, it is a real challenge not to say impossible to park in the assigned lot/box; very narrow;

- Lage an sich schön, modernes Appartment mit einem großen ABER, was die Sauberkeit und Parkplatzsituation betrifft.

- Parkplatz kann NUR mit einem Kleinwagen genutzt werden - wir mussten uns ein weit entfernten Parkplatz suchen, zahlen und jedes Mal mit den Kindern bei der Hitze laufen. Öffentliche freie Parkplätze zu finden ist zudem SCHWER. - die Aussicht vom Balkon ist schön, über den Liegen sind aber überall Spinnweben und die Sonnencreme vom Vorgänger befindet sich auch noch am Glasgeländer, statt entspannen zu wollen, möchte man erstmal putzen - an den Vorhängen im Schlafzimmer sind undefinierte rot-orangene Spritzer… - Türe ins WC muss eingestellt werden, lässt sich nicht ordentlich bis kaum schließen - öffnet man den Kleiderschrank, findet man gelbe Kopfkissen vor, die mal weiß waren - die Duschhalterung ist kaputt, sodass man den Duschkopf immer in einer Hand halten muss; dies wurde bereits in vorangegangenen Bewertungen bemängelt und in dem Fall nicht verbessert -…

Molto bello, ma con qualche sorpresa non positiva (leggete bene le caratteristiche)

La casa è in un residente davvero moderno e "di lusso". La vista dal balcone è spettacolare. L'appartamento è pulito e con piscina accessibile ad ogni ora. L'oste è venuta incontro alla nostra necessità di fare il check-in prima dell'ora concordata.

Come indicato nella descrizione, la rampa per scendere nei box e il box stesso sono molto stretti. E' stato quindi molto difficoltoso riuscire a parcheggiare la macchina (Kia Sportage). Purtroppo in zona non ci sono parcheggi gratis ma solo a pagamento (9 am - 7 pm). Inoltre, essendo noi due coppie di persone provenienti da posti diversi, avevamo due macchine. Il posto a disposizione è uno solo. Per parcheggiare l'altra macchina, siamo stati obbligati a metterla nei parcheggi a pagamento lì intorno. La culla per il nostro bambino è costata un sovrapprezzo di 25 euro. I bagni sono due, ma in uno (posizionato nell'anticamera di una stanza) ci sono i lavandini e la vasca/doccia, mentre nell'altro (vicino all'ingresso) un water e un piccolo lavandino. Quindi è una logistica non molto comoda. Bisogna portarsi i saponi e lo shampoo.

L’acces impossible au PK souterain avec sa voiture ,difficulte de trouser la place handicape (deverouillage de la barriere) pour le reste tres bien.
