Συγχρονο διαμερισμα στον παραλιακο δρομο της Ερετριας..Ευρυχωρο κ φουλ εξοπλισμενο..Σχετικα ευκολο παρκινγκ..Εξυπηρετικος κ ευγενικος ιδιοκτητης..
Προβλημα με το καζανακι απο τα μπουτον του οποιου τρεχουν νερα οταν τα πατας κ κολλανε καποιες φορες με αποτελεσμα να τρεχει συνεχως το νερο..Απουσια ραφιου στον χωρο της ντουζιερας προκειμενου να ακουμπας σφουγγαρι-σαπουνι-σαμπουαν..Μικρο χωρισμα ντουζιερας,τρεχει αρκετο νερο στο πατωμα του μπανιου..Τραγικη βεραντα στην πισω πλευρα του διαμερισματος αφου ενω ειναι ευρυχωρη,ειναι τελειως περικλειστη απο τοιχους κ υαλοτουβλα με αποτελεσμα την απιστευτη ζεστη ακομη κ τις πολυ περασμενες ωρες της νυχτας..Το χωρισμα με την αυλη του διπλανου διαμερισματος ειναι πολυ αραιο κ αρα μηδενικης ιδιοτικοτητας.
