We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was vary spacious and provided every equipment we needed for our 10 days stay. Location was a 2 minutes from the beach and few more minutes from the small town center and port. The terrace was amazing and well hided from the direct sun so we really enjoyed breakfasts, luches and coffees with this wonderful view on the sea! We felt like at home.
Location was very close to the beach what is benefit and disadvantage at the same time in case you are not considering that beach bars are running deep into the night and you are sleeping with open windows through nights. Not every night, mostly on weekends (at least in July). For us it was not an issue but it's good to be considered.

Für uns hat alles gepasst, nette geräumige Wohnung mit schönem großen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und Euböa. Zum Strand geht man nur etwa 150m die Straße runter, das Wasser ist super klar und man kann schön schwimmen. Supermarkt 2 Gehminuten entfernt, unzählige Restaurants in der fußläufigen Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sind erreichbar, falls es ein Problem gibt. Wir würden wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και άνετο διαμέρισμα, με ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζονται. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ένα πανέμορφο ιδιωτικό κήπο, μακριά από φασαρία και κίνηση αλλά δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Ο κύριος Παναγιώτης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος να μας δώσει πληροφορίες για εστιατόρια/ταβέρνες, σούπερ μάρκετ, βενζινάδικα. Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ.
Το διπλό κρεβάτι λίγο σκληρό για το γούστο μας αλλά τρίζει πολύ.

The location was great. Close to the sea. Nice view from the balcony.
The apartment was not very clean. The sofa mattress was very thin and extremely uncomfortable, and the sofa itself had a lot of dust. The furniture was dusty as well, so the place really needs a proper cleaning. The biggest issue was the thin mattress — the fourth person slept very badly. Also, the apartment is not independent as I thought it would be.
