Blue Calm - Kalamos Seaside Studios

Super clean, super kind host. The apartment is beautifully furnished, has a lot of utensils and even some welcome goodies (crackers, etc, and toiletries). Newly renovated, windows are outstanding, no noise heard at all. Balcony looking to the mountain and shady in the morning, so lovely to sit and do breakfast there.

Everything was perfect. The only advice is to leave a sign on how to turn on the boiler for showering with hot water (it was not so obvious to us).

My daughter and I spent a night here on the way back to the airport. The modern apartment is small, but comfortable with a large balcony. The apartment is fully equipped and I can easily imagine staying here again. Ample parking in front, within walking distance of beach with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes etc. There is a restaurant below, but it wasn't busy. Lena was a super host and always available. Check-in and out were super easy. Wonderful views of Euboea and the sea!

Nothing. There is a road in front, but not too busy at night. For a couple the space is completely sufficient, for a larger group it might get a bit crowded.

Studio vaste et clair récemment rénové. Literie impeccable. Penser à demander comment on obtient l'eau chaude.

L'environnement est moyen et le niveau de son de la télévision de la taverne, en journée, à côté est gênant. Attention en partant, ne pas laisser la clé à l'intérieur du studio sans avoir vérifier que la porte du hall est ouverte, sinon on se retrouve bloqué dans le hall alors qu'on n'a plus la clé.

It is fully refurbished, feeling like a newly built. Very clean, everything is brand new and the host was always very polite. We will definitely come back.
