E&D Apartments

Η διαμονή μας για πέντε ημέρες ήταν εξαιρετική. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ καινούριο, μοντέρνο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές για μια άνετη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι επίσης πολύ βολική. Μπορεί κανείς να παρκάρει ακριβώς έξω από το διαμέρισμα, ενώ ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει supermarket. Σε απόσταση περίπου 150 μέτρων υπάρχουν καφέ, και η παραλία και το κέντρο της Ερέτριας είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια σε περίπου 10 λεπτά. Θα θέλαμε επίσης να τονίσουμε την εξαιρετική επικοινωνία και τον επαγγελματισμό των ιδιοκτητών. Στην περιγραφή στο Booking αναφερόταν φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, τον οποίο δεν βρήκαμε στο διαμέρισμα. Μόλις το αναφέραμε, ο ιδιοκτήτης απάντησε μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά και προσφέρθηκε αμέσως να μας φέρει έναν. Τελικά δεν τον χρειαζόμασταν και αρνηθήκαμε την προσφορά, αλλά η άμεση ανταπόκριση και η προθυμία του να λύσει το θέμα μάς άφησαν εξαιρετική εντύπωση. We had an excellent five-night stay. The apartment is very new, modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient. You can park your car right outside the apartment, and there is a supermarket directly across the street. There are cafés within approximately 150 metres, while Eretria’s seafront and town centre are easily reachable on foot in around 10 minutes. We would also particularly like to highlight the excellent communication and professionalism of the hosts. The Booking listing mentioned a microwave, but there wasn’t one in the apartment when we arrived. As soon as we mentioned this, the owner replied within just a few minutes and immediately offered to bring one for us. In the end, we realised we didn’t actually need it and declined the offer, but his immediate response and willingness to resolve the issue left a very positive impression.

Η μόνη μικρή παρατήρηση που θα κάναμε, περισσότερο ως ενημέρωση προς τον ιδιοκτήτη και για λόγους ασφαλείας, είναι ότι το καλώδιο του βραστήρα φαίνεται λίγο φθαρμένο και καλό θα ήταν να αντικατασταθεί. Our only very minor observation, mentioned mainly for the owner’s information and for safety reasons, is that the kettle cable appears to be slightly worn and would probably be worth replacing.

The apartment was amazing, so spacious and well furnished, we had everything we needed. The owner and his wife are so kind and welcoming people, they even helped us with some extra matter and didn't want anything in return. The place is close to the sea, restaurants and café within a few minutes walk. We highly recommend the place!

Ολα ηταν πολυ ωραια, το σπιτι ειναι πολυ κοντα στη θαλασσα και κοντα στον πεζοδρομο. Πολυ καθαρο και ανετο. Εξυπηρετικοι οι οικοδεσποτες!
