Very spacious apartment with modern finishes. Lovely big fridge/freezer. Everything was just perfect. Crisp white linen and the apartment smelled like heaven, fresh and clean.

The property was very spacious and had everything you may need for self-catering. The location was great, there was a lift for my elderly mom to sit in, and the first bedroom did not have stairs to reach. It was perfect for what I needed.
It could have been easier to get the keys and the mobile number was not answered when I tried to call. The lock box code had changed, so it took some time to figure out what was wrong. I was not the person making the booking, and when I sent messages, I had to ask the person that booked to receive, read and forward the messages to me. That was inconvenient. Also, it was hard for the Uber and family in Durbanville to find the place, as the address is not at the front door. It caused much confusion and I had to run around the corner every time to ask Uber to come to the front door. The entrance is not in Short Street, the apartment itself is technically there, but you cannot enter from Short Street.

Great furniture and beautiful apartment.
We stayed on a Saturday night and the music from a bar or nightclub blasted all night long.

Very comfortable accommodation in a secure environment and excellent, accessible location.
The electricity meter had run low; I enquired with the host for an updated voucher, which he sent, but it did not work. He did not respond to further follow-ups. There was a super coffee machine but unfortunately no coffee pods, so that was a dissapintment.
