The location of the property is great with a nice neighborhood and close proximity to the Tyger Valley Mall and other areas of Durbanville. Heidi is an excellent host!!
The property and furniture,fittings and plumbing are pretty dated and need some work, otherwise it would be a 10/10.

Heidi, the manager, has an awesome personality. So warm and welcoming. Kept checking on us and constantly asking if we were ok. That is care and warmth enough. The cleaning staff were amazing. They never touched anyone's personal items yet the place was left spotless clean. Thanks Heidi and your ladies.
I loved the location. 5 mins to school and 3 mins drive to Tyger Valley shopping center.

The host is always smiling and makes you feel welcome
The cleaners must be serious with cleaning everything was Dirty ,we had to wonder if it was cleaned.They should ensure their boss' personality matches with the cleanliness of the place.
There was a group of people making noise by the pool and were mistaken for us though we did not even go to the pool and were out of that place for the whole of that day.
The geyser cabinet had spider webs, the cleaners are the only problem here ,not the owner.If only the place was as clean, i would give a 10/10 because the Host is fantastic.
Maintenence of the apartment should be taken seriously!!!!
